Privacy Policy
How CounselBeacon handles website, form, attribution, and email information.
Who operates this site
CounselBeacon LLC operates CounselBeacon and this website from Franklin, Tennessee. Services are delivered remotely throughout the United States.
Information collected
We may collect information you submit through fit applications, report-subscription forms, and email, including contact details, firm information, source information, and optional business context. Do not submit confidential or matter-specific information.
Analytics and attribution
Google Analytics 4 may collect device, browser, page, session, and general referral information as configured. Google Search Console provides aggregated search-performance information. The site may preserve first-touch and submission-session referral information, landing pages, UTM parameters, timestamps, and general source classifications. Names, email addresses, firm names, user-entered URLs, remembered prompts, and free-text answers must not be sent to behavioral analytics.
Purposes
Information may be used to deliver requested materials, evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, administer consulting operations, measure referral channels, protect the site, and send research only when optional consent has been given.
Service providers
CounselBeacon LLC uses Netlify for website hosting and form processing; Google Analytics 4 for website measurement; Google Search Console for search-performance administration; Google Workspace for business email and file operations; Google Calendar appointment scheduling for qualified fit calls; and Stripe for invoicing and payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. CounselBeacon has not selected a separate CRM or email-marketing platform.
Email, scheduling, and consent
Google Workspace may process business email and files. Google Calendar appointment scheduling may process contact and scheduling information after a qualified applicant receives a booking invitation. Marketing consent is optional, granular, and revocable. Consent records should preserve timestamp, wording version, source page, and status. Downloading the case study does not require marketing consent.
Payments
Stripe may process billing, invoice, payment, and related transaction information. CounselBeacon does not intend to collect full payment-card details through its website forms.
Retention and deletion
CounselBeacon LLC retains application and subscription records for prospects who do not become clients for up to 24 months. It retains contracts, invoices, payment records, and tax-related business records for up to 7 years. Records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights. Requests regarding access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out may be sent to the approved public business address, hello@counselbeacon.com.
Security
Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and changes
The site is intended for business users and not children. Material policy changes should be reflected through an updated effective date.
