Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the website are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee or, when federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Liability and indemnity

Any limitation-of-liability or indemnity provisions applicable to paid consulting work are governed by the separate signed engagement agreement. Nothing on this website changes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
